Biosolis Sonnenschutz

Dear friend!

The daily moisturizer I told you about is the Kimberly Sayer Anti Oxidant moisturizing Cream SPF30. There also exists a lighter version of this moisturizer which costs about the same but contains 120 ml (so twice as much), however I like the ingredients and the effect of the Moisturizing Cream much better. The cream doesn’t dry my skin out, nor does it cause impurities. It might have an SPF 30 but the SPF doesn’t last all day, so for a hard-core sunbath you would need a real sun cream. For daily use however, I love this one!! I send you the link to a UK store that offers free shipping to Europe.

Some bloggers also like the John Masters Suncare SPF 30 Natural, which you could use as a face cream or above a light moisturizer as well (see here).

Biosolis Sonnenschutz - 3

The sunscreens I liked this year are by the brand Biosolis. Biosolis uses only zinc oxide as a filter. Zinc provides good protection for UVA rays, which are the ‘ageing and pigmentation rays’ . I do find the products quite inexpensive for a good natural sunscreen.

The SPF 50 fluid is really white but works great (for hiking in Portugal for example 😉 ). Some bloggers mix it with a mineral powder. I mix it with the Dr.Hauschka Bronzing Fluid or the Alva BB Cream * (in a darker shade). Both work great as well, since they offers some extra moisturizing ingredients. However, on pictures you still will look a bit white/pale. And if you mix it with the Hauschka fluid you’ll definitely need to put a bit extra powder on top, as the finish will be really shiny.

For a sunny day in town I like the Biosolis Face Cream SPF 30. It looks white but the white does vanish away. This one I don’t mix. Instead, after 5-10 minutes, I put the Hauschka foundation (or any other foundation) on top of it . If you use a toner before every layer of cream it won’t feel too heavy on your skin either.

The Biosolis Face Body SPF 30 * works quite good on the body, as I don’t find it too sticky. It is also okay for the face but has less nourishing ingredients.

Since all the Biosolis products are based on zinc they will dry out your skin a bit. You will notice it after a week or two. Therefore in the evenings I spoil my skin with some great oils!

Last but not least, if you look for a product that tames your pigmentation a bit, I could recommend you the Age Protect Toner by Santaverde. It is quite expensive for a Toner but I really think it works against pigmentation. I used to use it day and night. Now I only use it in the morning.

Hope you find one or more of these recommendations helpful.

Big big hug! Liv

Wirklich sehr erfrischend und mal “was anderes”. 🙂
